Those who view you as detrimental to their own causes will see you as an enemy, no matter what you think of them. Whatever damage they think they can get away with, they will do. The more the ego wants something, the more vicious it can become. If it is not vicious immediately, it will simply be biding time. Everyone who has come to Earth has chosen the ego and must learn, quickly or slowly, its worthlessness and its venom.

Spiritual progress is inevitably accompanied by better human circumstances, in one way or another.

Ceaselessly praying does not mean to endlessly recite prayers to oneself. It means that the consciousness of the spiritual student is moulded in such a way that the context of the Divine is never lost from awareness. Everything that is said or thought comes from that basis, even in sleep. It is living the still point as a constant, ongoing reality.

When you are older, you rule your body. It doesn’t rule you, anymore. You tell it what to do, and it does it.

It is one thing to lose people you love. It is another to lose yourself. That is a greater loss.

The silence is constant. The noise is temporary.

The place where all important things happen is silent and solitary. It is seldom spoken of. It is momentous, yet, almost imperceptible.

If ‘God only knows’ then there can be no safer journey.

When we are personally transforming into a whole, healthy, and soulful being, we automatically want to help others to do the same thing as it strengthens and accelerates our own transformation.
