Intention is everything. Is there love in what a person says or is there underlying ill-will? Intention will determine the destined outcome of any situation. The same 'kind' words from one person can be a healing balm and from another, a sweet poison. The same 'harsh' words from one person can be malice and from another, save a life. The intention behind the words, action, or thought is always what makes it weak or strong, effective or ineffective, healing or harmful.

Healing is simple, if one is healed.

If one can remember that one is here for something more than fragile dreams then one will have passed the first, pivotal test.

We are spiritual co-inhabitants of a spiritual world.

Our ability to retain a happy and untroubled outlook does not just come from negating bad outlooks collectively, but from correcting specific, particular ones individually.

We find many friends when we are down and out. People swarm around with proclamations of, 'Oh, how dreadful. How terrible.' They may as well be saying, 'Thank you so much for making me feel better about myself and my life. You have more problems than me and are more pathetic.' Yet, when we enter the path of healing, there will be few standing there to wish us well, in case we find it.

There is only one Life. Life is good and only good. Life is freely available to everyone. Metaphysics sees life from the perspective of spiritual reality. By praying in this way, we calm our mind, heal our body, save our relationships, and help the world. We become the prayer we pray.

Authentic spiritual ideas have the power to heal. Healing is the building block of both individual and collective spiritual evolution.
