The way is not narrow. It’s wide. Everyone is welcome. However, we have to know that we are welcome or we keep the door shut ourselves.

It is our deepest hurts which have the power to help and heal us. What else carries an internal fire big enough to force us forwards? What else has the momentum to wake us up? What else has enough pain to make us long for something better? What else will drive us into the waiting arms of that beautiful, invisible life-force which yearns to help us? What else will teach us to feel the love which has no betrayal; the love which seeks only good?

Peace; how unassuming you are. Yet, you are king of all the feelings.

If someone else’s actions betray our sensitivities, is it a betrayal or is it that the person is simply doing what they want; what they perceive as in the best interests of their own happiness? Just because something hurts us, does it mean we are betrayed? Maybe, they are just living their lives.

If you must dream a dream, at least, make it a happy dream.

We don’t have desires by accident. Good desires are planted in us because we are meant to follow them, explore them, wrestle with them, and have them form us. If we do this and do it in the right way, the result is happiness. If we do anything in the right way, the result is happiness.

True forgiveness totally alters our perception. It sees the spiritual truth and loses sight of the alternatives. Our ego refuses to do this because its main food is remembering the wrongdoings against us even if they are entirely fabricated. To choose to see a different reality leaves the ego no room. It is the healing space. It is the beautiful space. It is the space of love and happiness.

Some things are not meant for giving away.

Our ability to retain a happy and untroubled outlook does not just come from negating bad outlooks collectively, but from correcting specific, particular ones individually.
