Understanding ourselves takes work and courage. Whether or not we choose to do it is up to us. Although, essentially, we don’t have a choice because, eventually, the pain will make it intolerable. It’s more a matter of how much pain we are willing to endure before we undergo the ‘pain’ of transformation. At least, the latter pain gets us somewhere.

There is only one Life. Life is good and only good. Life is freely available to everyone. Metaphysics sees life from the perspective of spiritual reality. By praying in this way, we calm our mind, heal our body, save our relationships, and help the world. We become the prayer we pray.

Along with all the dirty work, there is also love. Along with all the dirty dancing, there is also purity. Along with all the hatred, hurt, and anger, there is also healing.

Authentic spiritual ideas have the power to heal. Healing is the building block of both individual and collective spiritual evolution.

What does the spiritual journey matter other than it transforms our lives? Nowhere is this more obvious than in our personal relationships.

Everyone is a 'spiritual student' doing 'spiritual work' because everyone is here and has to cope, one way or another, with life. The difference is that an aware person learns from their pain and they eventually create a happy life. An unaware person also has pain. However, as they do not know (or do not want to know) how to help themselves, they learn little or nothing from their pain. Thus their journey to happiness is long and indirect.

They did normal things, but they did them with abnormal love and inclusiveness.

Anger is a cover for fear.
