Greed is the unhealthy preoccupation for money or power. It is when your heart becomes morbidly obsessed with something good, such as a stock, that it produces harmful results. Greed is not a financial issue but it’s an issue of the heart.

We will never experience true satisfaction until we are in relationship with the One who ultimately satisfies our deepest soul needs.

The discipline of work helped me push through many quitting points though my life and put me on to the path of blessing.

As I get older, I see my income increase and my expenses decrease leaving what I call the “generosity gap”. It is within this gap that I can be extravagant in my generosity and make strategic investments in God’s kingdom and His people.

The number one danger of debt is that it put someone else besides God as master of your life. Just as slavery can dehumanize our dignity, so debt can have a debilitating effect on our spiritual, emotional and relational lives.

One evidence of a heart touched by God's grace is a heart overflowing with generosity.

Generosity is supernatural. It comes from God and is energized by God. Generosity is a disposition of the soul to give, to share, and to let go of our lives and possessions for the greater cause of God.
