You clean yourself and are freed of it.In life; we fall down and/or are covered in muck. Clean yourself of the mess; release the blame of others to free yourself of the past and have control of your life. Be responsible for your own life, health, wealth and well-being.

Oh the Saint I would be if never I have erred.It is easy to see the faults in another,While forgetting ever that we have also stumbled.

It is an illusion to pursue happiness, for happiness is already within. It is to lose fear, doubt and sorrow that one must understand, as these cloud happiness from shining in all of its radiance.

Yesterday is done. Today has just begun. I am not going let anyone's negative issues do anything to me other than inspire me to do better.
