Vulnerability starts at birth. We emerge from the womb cold, naked and crying, just hoping to be held in a warm embrace.

Have the courage to speak your truth. Tears from uncertainty flow inward and pollute the body. Tears from lies burn longer, deeper, and shatter the self esteem. Tears from the truth create an explosion, then set you free.

Truth. You never completely heal from some heartbreaks. You are still worthy of giving and receiving love.

I am not that strong but my words are more powerful than I am. My soul is drowning under the weight of my own insecurities,my heart is often broken and my mind desperately struggles for the right words, often failing, but I hope that the words that I write with a vulnerable heartare strong enough to lift your spirit, awaken your consciousness and push you to the edge of your greatness.
