Today I turn my eyes to see only that for which I am thankful. Today I allow myself to absorb the kindness and love within the Universe. Today I am thankful and grateful and it shows.

When your hurt feels bigger than your heart, inhale, exhale and release. Then wiggle you wings and fly out of your head and back into your heart.

Love is an outward expression of our inward connection to all that is. Our love of self, dictates our expression of it.

We are all eternally interrelated through soul and connected through love. We act that love out through the stories we live.

It’s better to heal the wound than to hold the hurt and wear the scar.
