I think today's sanction resolution shows that the Security Council is serious, that its resolutions have to be complied with, that it is prepared to take enforcement steps if they are not complied with.

I don't see that that meeting is going to be productive, because I don't think the Security Council is an exercise in group therapy.

When a rocket is launched, as it picks up speed and moves down range it goes through a period of aerodynamic turbulence much like Security Council resolutions, ... We're now in the period of aerodynamic turbulence.

We are looking for a strong resolution for the council that will reflect the unified opinion about the seriousness of this matter and the importance of everybody co-operating.
