Men of God are not just born, they are formed

We have taught this generation how to "market" the Gospel but we have neglected to encourage them to "preach" the Gospel.

We have created a culture of leadership "development" in the Church at the expense of ignore the ministry of the Church to making disciples.

Authentic leaders are often accused of being "controlling" by those who idly sit by and do nothing

Jesus did not command us to "develop" leaders. He commanded us to make "disciples". The world "develops" leaders, the Church "disciples" them. The two are not the same.
