I guess it's good. He's the best (and) you have to be able to do something against the best to be successful.

He's still pretty intimidating when you step in the box against him. I'm hoping this was my last time.

I don't know where all these anonymous sources come from. Unfortunately we're in Boston, so there's stuff being thrown out there, ... Schilling's been hurt and it's taken him time to get ready. I even said after the season, in my book, that Schilling risked his career to go out there and pitch against the Yankees. He could have been done after last year. He wanted to come back and fight again and try to get us back to where we were last year.

He's our ace. We're going to keep going out there and patting him on the back. It's a tough loss. He's going to be fine against New York. It could come down to that one game, I know Schilling will show up.

It sure feels good. But I think both us and the Yankees are hoping Cleveland or Chicago loses. We know those teams deserve to be in it. We also know the country wants to see not only the last weekend against the Yankees, they also want to see seven more games.

They weren't intimidated by our lead. They went out and put some runs on the board. This is going to be a tough year, with a bunch of tough games against those guys. They're definitely very dangerous.

The kid did a good job. Against some of these guys we haven't seen too much, you might be guessing (at the plate).
