I came close, ... But close isn't good enough.

I definitely feel a part of this team. They came to me with open arms. The players called me and told me how important I could be. There's not really an unhappy day for me. I enjoy waking up every day and coming to the ballpark.

They came back and kept scoring. It definitely takes some wind out of your sails. There was a lot of running for us out there -- there has been for a while. We definitely need to get better. We know how good we are. Hopefully we can come out tomorrow and change it up.

I was thinking about cutting my hair right after the season. I knew if I came here it would be a big deal.
