Change is the one constant in life.

What’s wrong with being optimistic? What’s wrong in believing people can change for the better? What’s wrong with encouraging a bright outlook? What’s wrong with trying to help someone change for the better—to better themselves?

Nothing happens as quickly as we want them to. A lot of people are easily discouraged and slip back into their old habits, but that’s the reason we surround ourselves with people who are supportive, to help us want to keep moving when we’re at our weakest points.
