A spark of every fire we seek is already within us.

The guilt you felt when you were smiling and others were suffering, the guilt you felt when you were petty with friends and impatient with your parents, when you were rude to your teachers and didn’t stand up for strangers, that guilt is marvellous. It proves that you are human, that you want to be better. Thank this guilt for teaching you, for making you aware. And now endeavour to better yourself. It is a lifelong work to become the person we want to be.

You must have hope in a better future and have faith in this hope. But then you must forget your hope and focus on this moment now.

If today is not your day, then be happy for this day shall never return. And if today is your day, then be happy now for this day shall never return.

You want to become a better person?Just give thanks. Give thanks for all of it.

And then one day you realise that if you want to be rich, you'd have to give away almost everything you own.

The reason as to why a human cannot give birth to himself is because he needs someone to help him. We are altricial, or helpless at birth, because we have to depend on others so that later in life when we are capable, we help those in need. And this is very much part of the circle of life.
