We all gravitate towards pursuing happiness by exploring how to bring a state of peacefulness to our internal and external environments.

Each of us is the custodian of our own history and the sole sentry responsible for their present and future existence.

A mature person reaps joy in the commonplace acts of living, appreciates the serenity of just being, while balancing the responsibilities that come naturally about when deeply immersed in family and community affairs. Directing their attention outward, assisting other people in their troubled times, while denying themselves the indulgence of self-absorption frees a person’s bidding mind from a jumble of discordant thoughts, wants, and unholy bequests.

While solitude and study are necessary ingredients to understand our place in the world and to achieve an amplified sense of clarity and balance, immersion in natural world and sharing in human interaction is the ultimate source of inspiration and learning. Only by observing, understanding, and respecting nature and by unconditionally embracing, accepting, and loving other people of all stripes, can we experience the full gamut of emotions that makes us human.

I desire to establish a profound state of peacefulness, an imperturbable stillness of mind, an unconditioned mode of being that is free from mind contaminants of negative thoughts. I pray to undertake a productive emotional, intellectual, and spiritual journey seeking the highest level of personal realization that defines wholeness and finality. In stillness, a state of mental quietude, we enter the worldly womb of creativity.

Life’s most precious moments are not all loud or uproarious. Silence and stillness has its own virtues.

A person must be in tune with the light and dark forces of their nature and remain in harmony with the bands of their own multivariate being.

The pathos of the human life teaches one that idolatry of the ego is a sham. Only by living in harmonious accord with the entire world can a person distill happiness that flows from cultivating a state of mindfulness.

Though we live in a world filled with strife, a person can resolve to live in a manner that promotes a tranquil mind while exhibiting charity for other people and reverence for nature.
