During my mental illness, thank God, my grandma was my human rescuer and angel, she ask me to stop taking the medication, leading to the recovering.

Sacred actions: gratitude, praying, dancing, hugging, singing, writing, painting, drawing, gardening, jogging, reading, knitting and many more!

When I wake up each morning, my first thought, is thanks be to God.

My greatest gratitude; I thank God for saving me from my sins.

Every day, in which you exist on earth, be filled with deep gratitude.

We must never forget our teachers and our lecturers. In their individual capacities have contributed to our academic, professional and personal development.
