I hope that today we may pledge here in Kosovo never again will people with guns come in the night, never again will houses and villages be burned, and never again will there be massacres and mass graves,

I raised the issue with the vice premier when I was in China in February and expressed to him how seriously we view these allegations and I will do so again and also make clear to all of you that they are currently under judicial investigation.

That treaty has been amended before, and there is no good reason it cannot be amended again to reflect new threats from third countries.
