I believe that while there are constructive discussions going on, that it is worth continuing the process. We are clearly coming to the end of this phase, and we cannot let it go on indefinitely. But as long as the talks are constructive, I think it's worth going the extra mile.

I honestly believe that a lot of people are going to eat their words,

I don't think we should be pushing Americans to break the law, ... I do think that it is a dangerous place, but I do not believe it should be illegal for Americans to go there.

We believe that the United Nations needs new leadership for the 21st century, somebody who's going to get up every morning and decide that reforming the U.N. so that it can function in the 21st century is his or her major goal,
