Good leaders should not always be “on.” They know how important it is to switch “off” from time to time and to fill up their mental energy buckets.

The more you put into whatever your passion is or what brings you joy, what you receive grows exponentially because all the aspects, both little and large, that you work on improving, when you add them all together, the sum is so much bigger than the parts.

As a leader, be the person you want to follow yourself.

Setting a goal that may look a bit unreasonable at first feeds me with the needed energy and motivation to be persistent until I reach it.
