God never said that the journey will be easy, but he did said that the arrival will be worthwhile

You will never forgive anyone more than God has already forgiven you.

We will never be cleansed until we confess we are dirty. And we will never be able to wash the feet of those who have hurt us until we allow Jesus, the one we have hurt, to wash ours.

God meets daily needs daily. Not weekly or annually. He will give you what you need when it is needed.

As soon as you can, pay your debts. As long as you can, give the benefit of the doubt. As much as you can, give thanks. He's already given us more than we deserve.

You'll get through this. It won't be painless. It won't be quick. But God will use this mess for good. In the meantime don't be foolish or naïve. But don't despair either. With God's help you will get through this.

You change your life by changing your heart.

When you are in the final days of your life, what will you want? Will you hug that college degree in the walnut frame? Will you ask to be carried to the garage so you can sit in your car? Will you find comfort in rereading your financial statement? Of course not. What will matter then will be people. If relationships will matter most then, shouldn't they matter most now?
