We are lucky when we are helped while we lose our balance; but we are certainly much luckier when we are helped only by ourselves while we lose our balance because the less external-help we get the more inner-strength we gain!

The purpose of art is to create heavens to balance the world because there are so many hells in the world, there are wars, tortures and oppressions, there is unhappiness etc.

When bored of sitting, move! When bored of moving, sit! Balance your life or there will remain neither moving nor sitting in your life but only falling!
