You must let other people to challenge your truths; you must let them to question your faith and the reason for this is very simple: Your truths might be very wrong; your faith might be very mistaken. Don’t be a castle; you need bridges surrounding you, not walls! And remember that walls belong only to cowards!

The ugliest government is the one which is spreading fear to its own people! The finest government is the one which encourages its own people to criticize the government harshly.

Imagine the whole world is applauding you! Is this good for you? No! Because if there isn't even a single person to criticize you, your chance to get rid of your mistakes will only depend on your self-critic!

A man who is deprived of criticisms is a miserable and a poor man; a man who ignores or refuses or fears criticisms is a foolish man!

Don’t perceive the facts as a false criticism or else you lose badly! Because facts are facts and they need to be respected and be taken into consideration promptly!

Take seriously the criticisms on yourself, then you move forward; ignore the criticisms on yourself, then you move backwards because in every criticism there is at the least some truth!
