The student asked: Master, do you know of a desert island, I want to go there to get enlightened! The master replied: Instead of going to a desert island, bring the desert island to your mind! The key to enlightenment is neither the place you are in nor other people, but only your own mind!

The path of enlightenment will remain closed forever to those who refuse to give up their ego!

What is Enlightenment? Enlightenment is to be vigilant when everyone is sleeping; it is to see when everyone is blind; to hear when everyone is deaf!

There is no point of being enlightened unless you have started enlightening others!
