If you take the colourful sea stones on the beaches and put them elsewhere, you will never be able to capture their beauty when they were there because everything shines only where it is happy!

The student asked: Master, I am happy when I am alone, what would you say about this? The master replied: If you are happy according to the circumstances, I would say you are still far from wisdom!

Happiness is to get lost in an autumn forest, and not to be found is even a greater happiness!

The biggest problem of a person who has no difficulty in ensuring his own happiness is this: The unhappiness of others! Because it is very difficult to maintain happiness among unhappiness!

For full happiness, make your mind happy, make your body happy! Is it enough? No! Make others happy too!

Everybody is looking for happiness, as if happiness is hidden somewhere! But you must realise that happiness is everywhere, not hidden in a secret corner of life! You are a bee and everywhere is full of flowers; do not try to find a particular flower; concentrate on every flower; try to extract happiness from ever simple thing!

When everything is going well in your life, there appears a strange feeling inside you: This can't be true! Why? Because life does not carry happiness for a long time! Certainly a wind blows soon and the rough waves begin in the peaceful stagnant sea!

Not the world but the world you have created within the world determines the degree of your happiness or unhappiness!

You can never be happy by stealing someone else’s happiness; if you do this, sooner or later you will be nothing but an unhappy thief!
