If you are the effect of it, you will lose it.

If you are totally willing to accept that you are never effect, you will never lose.

If you did not create it, you cannot be the effect of it.

Anything you cannot grant beingness to, you are the effect of. 

You cannot grant beingness to those things you are not communicating with, and so you become the effect of those things you are not in communication with.

The only thing you can cause is communication, and you gain life units. The moment you stop communication you become effect and lose life units.

Responsibility is knowing you are cause.

If you are the adverse effect of something you did not take responsibility for that thing.

You are always cause but not always responsibility.
