The problem of (your) life is that you focus on the problems (of your life).

To have a relationship both people need to create (the opposite of being on automatic) the relationship, or there is no relationship.

Bad things are not life. For example, death is not life. If you are truly confronting life, you must confront the good things.

You are creating life for as long as you are willing.

As long as you are in doubt, you are an effect.

Your inner voice is the voice of your past.
