The basic intention of a person is to be in communication. When you lose, you consider there is a separation and a distance, and you have lost the ability to communicate. 

Every second of life is reminding you that you are going to lose. So you decide that it’s better not to have.

You put your attention on the good in a thing or the bad in a thing. What do you want to look at?

Realize that something will happen. What will happen is what you say will happen.

It’s not important if your past is true or not (good or bad). There is only now.
