Be so full of love, so filled with joy, so illuminating, that others drown in darkness when not in your presence.

Mountains are for me, a conservatory. It's there, that I am able to exist in the presence of transcendent sentient and symbiotic beings. From the mountains to the flora and fauna that lives on the mountains, I am both an awed witness to, and a humble beneficiary of their sprits. Sprits which are filled with life enriching light.

I am the father of three sons, Cameron, Jordan and Tristan. Each is as unique, as are the stars in the sky. Each is his own imposable planet, filled with creative brilliance, blessed with boundless intelligence and imbued with the kind of strength of character, born of an ancient warrior ethos.

Thinking about my grandparents and my parents. My aunts, uncles, cousins, coaches, mentors and teachers. Everyone who had a hand in teaching me, hewing me, shaping me and empowering me, and I am overwhelmed by the knowledge that, I am the very reason, they ever existed at all.
