Flaws are what make us human. Accepting our flaws and forgiving ourselves for our mistakes and reconciling those conflicting parts of ourselves is crucial to our health and happiness.

It is not until We are able to see the essence of who we truly are tat we can begin to tell the difference between what is true versus what is THE TRUTH. I was taught to see my body in a certain way based on our social conditioning. And this was the image of a woman I believed to be REAL.
