What an experience for this kid after walking on the team freshman year. Now he's on the U.S. National Team and competing against the best gymnasts in the world.

As anticipated, we scored lower than in our first meets. We gave some of the younger guys experience and we weren't at full strength, but we will be ready for next week against two of the top teams in the country, Oklahoma and California.

It's always nice to get a win against a top-team like Illinois. There were some good performances tonight. However, I did see areas we need to improve on.

I'm looking forward to the meet this weekend. Anytime you have the chance to compete against a top team, like Oklahoma, it is exciting. The guys are excited and we hope to come away with another win.
