नील कण्ठ वाहनम् द्विषद् भुजम् किरीटिनं लोल रत्न कुण्डल प्रभा अभिराम षण्मुखम् ।शूल शक्ति दण्ड कुक्कुट अक्ष मालिका धरं बालम् ईश्वरम् कुमारशैल वासिनम् भजे ॥१I worship the young god who dwells on Kumarasaila surely, Whose vehicle is the peacock, has twice six arms to see, Wears a crown, whose six faces glow by gem ear pieces clearly,Who holds a trident, a missile, a staff, a cock and a rosary. 1

॥दोहा॥श्रीगुरु चरन सरोज रज, निज मनु मुकुरु सुधारि।बरनउँ रघुबर बिमल जसु, जो दायकु फल चारि॥DohaWith the dust of guru’s lotus feet having,I cleanse the mirror of my soul sparkling,Raghuvar’s spotless glory I be singing,The four fruits of life it ever is giving.- 303 -

विपद: सन्तु ता: शश्वत्तत्र तत्र जगद्गुरो।भवतो दर्शनं यत्स्यादपुनर्भवदर्शनम्॥८॥Master of Universe I pray for calamities, So I do remember You ever constantly,Remembering You means freedom be, From cycle of births and death finally. - 201 -

Shani Chalisa॥दोहा॥ Dohaजय-जय श्री शनिदेव प्रभु, सुनहु विनय महराज।करहुं कृपा हे रवि तनय, राखहु जन की लाज॥Shani Maharaj, glory to you with sincerity,Listen to my prayers I request humbly,Bestow your grace and protect me fully,Keep respect and honour of your devotees.- 341 -

कंदर्प अगणित अमित छवी नव नील नीरज सुन्दरम।पट्पीत मानहु तडित रूचि शुचि नौमी जनक सुतावरम॥To Sri Ram, whose beauty is incomparable, I am bowing,His body like a newly formed dense blue cloud I am seeing,His shining yellow robes over his body are like lightening,He is the consort of Janak’s daughter his beauty is gleaming.

जयति महाकाली जयति, आद्य काली माताजय कराला वदने जयति, जगाता मातु विख्याताVictory to you, O Mahakali! - To you Victory,The primordial source of all beings - Victory!The formidable-looking goddess - To you Victory,Renowned as the mother of the world - Victory!

जटाटवीगलज्जलप्रवाहपावितस्थले गलेऽवलम्ब्य लम्बितां भुजङ्गतुङ्गमालिकाम्।डमड्डमड्डमड्डमन्निनादवड्डमर्वयं चकार चण्ड्ताण्डवं तनोतु नः शिवः शिवम्॥१॥His neck, with thick forest-like locks of hair, holy by water flowing,On his neck, as garland whom none pair, lofty snake is hanging,His `Damaru’ drum with its Damat Damat Damat in air echoing,Shiv - auspicious Tandava dances - may He prosperity be giving.- 94 -
