It hurts to let go, to say goodbye for the final time and remain distant in your closure, it may even tear your heart out to the point of insanity; but somehow in it all you find the pieces of your worth and you start creating yourself again, and in that journey of transformation you find the essence of what truly matters, inner happiness. It's life, we all fall at some stage but it's up to you, to decide how long you want to stay there.

You'll reach a comfort zone in your life and start to wonder how you got there, how did you miss the sign posts that directed your real inner truth? Don't feel so guilty, you know when your meant to know and I guess that's the thing they don't teach you; when growing up, pain is inevitable but staying the same is a choice. Don't question why your feeling ready for something new, question why you stayed the same for so long.

It takes courage to become authentic. So many talk about the light but not enough speak the truth about the struggles it takes to get there and the tools to overcome it all.

The greatest asset you could own, is an open heart.

The past will only catch you, if you ran from it to begin with.

People are always relying on another, i always feel more comfortable alone. Art knows my pain, its not just a desire to paint, a hobby to distract me from living my truth, it is my truth.

If your outer world is shaky, go within.

I'll cut to the chase, life isn't all its cracked up to be. It's real and raw and by the time you've matured it would have ripped your fucking heart out but let me also tell you another little thing about this place, a broken heart is an open heart and there will always be a million reasons to smile.

Life can be painfully uncanny like that. Some moments last a lifetime whilst others have an expiry date.
