To think how different ones life would be had one moment not altered it all - just don’t sit there too long or you’ll self sabotage all your growth.

When solitude has been my safe haven, the world and all its noise seem cautionary. My foot is half stepping forward with the back one standing still, eager to move through my life in a brave manner whilst eliminating the fears. Growth takes time, be gentle on yourself.

Often we overlook the troublesome times and attach ourselves to the lessons, defining the next chapter from the last. Be free of this perspective, lifes stages are continuous but the lessons dont have to be.
