I am more intuition based than i am logic. My gut talks to me in energy and i translate it via language. Its been both my heaven and hell, my heart sometimes beats out of my chest for all the wrong reasons, other times its a little fuck yes dance to living

focus your intention on what your building, not whats already fallen away.

Give focus only to which you want to see expand, anything else is nonsense.

the problem with the world, is, far too many people drain their energy into what is wrong with their life; instead of holding gratitude for what's right in their life.

Be still, tune in to your bodies vibration. When you emit your own frequency, you can easily decipher when something isn't good for you. Don't manipulate an energy to be something it's not. It feels right when it's suppose to, the same way it feels wrong when it's not for you.

We as human beings lower our vibration everytime we react with the emotional attachment of what is only suppose to be a lesson through life.

The world is so closed off to the inner beings of ourselves, I refuse to ever lower my energies to that.
