Violence is never the answer. Unless someone replies to your text with a phone call. Then fuck them up.

One does not have to hit you to abuse you. They can degrade, humiliate, blame, curse, manipulate and try to control you. It still is violence.

A victim may reach out for help only once. If someone tells you that they are being abused and need support, believe them.
