Doing good to people itself is healing. If you are kind and generous to others, your chances of falling sick is less.

In as much as being the one to receive is a nice and pleasing gesture. However, the truth is I feel much much happier when I give than received. Because it brings me satisfaction, it brings peace to my heart, and it brings relief to my soul.

Humility, it is an attribute of the gentle. Because it takes someone who is really gentle to be humble.
