Honesty, when used aggressively, or meanly towards oneself, is not honesty, but unkindness, or even cruelty. Don’t mistake one for the other. Honesty is not meant to hurt, but to help.

But know that self-realization is the ultimate inside job, and anyone who has the belief, strength, stamina, and sheer determination to become who they really are, and be willing to strip away every single peace of false clothing, which is much more than what we wear, but the layers uponlayers of the artificial, inauthentic self, and the illusionary thoughts that fill our minds, only then will the egg of illusion crack open.

You are a part of the great “cosmic creation” which is always in process, as are you. So, be kind, be compassionate, and be present in your discovery of “self.

See what you are really seeing, and don’t use your perception to just see what you want to, or need to, or have to. See what is possible, and see how you can help serve inmaking this world a much better place.

I believe that we can transform anything, especially hateinto love, but we’ve got to not only change the negative andhateful thoughts we breed in our minds, but also practiceMindfulness in all areas of our lives.
