Compassion becomes an integral part of our spiritualwork, and we are truly motivated by it to help awaken everyone we come into contact with, in hopes that they cansee the light and love in their hearts, and be inspired todo the same for others. Being in the present with total awareness allows us to observe it so that we can watch its unfolding as if we were watching the sun rise or set. We don’t tell the sun how to do what it knows to do so brilliantly, we simply watch, and we experience what we’re seeing with acceptance

When we’re present our senses are heightened, and we can enjoy so much more of what we’re seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and feeling.
