Trust plays an important role in making you a great leader because if your employees don’t trust you, they won’t trust your vision or the action plan that you will share with them.

A good vision will not just give your employees much-needed direction but also much-valued inspiration to do their work efficiently.

Before you embark upon this journey of your business’ vision and mission discovery, there are a few questions that you need to answer:Why are you in this business?How big do you want your business to be one day?Who is going to benefit from your product or service? What is the core purpose of the existence of your business?

A vision needs to show the future goals of your company and these goals need to be beneficial for all including your employees, customers, stakeholders, and most importantly, the environment.

A team is built when your employees are inspired by the same vision and connected with the same goal.

Lack of focus generally emerges from the lack of vision.

Well-defined mission and vision statements are going to show your audience what your business stands for and how it is going to benefit them.

Your vision should be something that can equally inspire everyone who is associated with your project and not just you.

Vision and mission metaphorically represent the address that I’d forgot to add in my “invitation.” Alternatively, they represent the final destination of your business.
