The poses are learnt in Yoga Practice. Calmness and serenity is learnt in Meditation. Through this learning process, the journey of life full of love, compassion, kindness, gratitude is unlocked.

Thirst to see what lies beyond comfort zone will help us to evolve and embrace the challenges of the path towards our purpose.

My deep belief in my purpose gives me the strength to continue the journey everyday.

The journey of becoming who we want to be is as beautiful as what we were. Embracing past and present gives us strength and courage.

Don’t waste your time in thinking about things you could have done in past. Right things happen at right time and be always thankful for the path you walked on and the journey you have embarked on.

Everyday consistently when I started taking steps towards my goals, my journey towards my goals became Magical.

The journey to your goal is more beautiful than the goal itself.

Sometimes things start turning out better than we have imagined, life gives many surprises. Journey towards the goal becomes sweeter with such small surprises and victories. During difficult phases of the journey, these little surprises becomes the pillar of strength. This is life.

Finding purpose of life in this journey is a blessing. With purpose everything we do becomes effortless.
