We want to show our defense is going to be better.

Last year, the defense was young and inexperienced and the linebackers moved around in different positions. Everybody's used to playing where they're at and we're communicating well.

We're not a young team anymore. Our defense has really matured. We're just all playing together. We're trying to get where want to go and we want play good every week.

We want to go out and get a name for our defense. We're trying to fly around and show people our defense is much improved from last year. We just have to be more consistent.

It's been a long, tough road. But it's big for me that (the Colts) want me to be a part of what's going on there. The defense is getting better and better, and I want to be a part of that.
