There will be many people whose lives you have enriched who may never tell you it - or that you’ve never even met - but you will have enriched them none the less.

Leadership is not about the power and status of one but the empowerment and service of all. That is what it should be and that is how it should be measured.

To truly motivate others 1) discover what their motives, desires & drivers are 2) genuinely connect with and support them from the heart.

Only the foolish would think that wisdom is something to keep locked in a drawer. Only the fearful would feel empowerment is something best kept to oneself, or the few, and not shared with all.

One of the fascinating things about our lives - and minds - is that tend to spend years wishing and wanting others and the world around to see in us that which we ourselves do not appreciate fully.
