There is no well being without inner peace.

Our life stories are largely constructed and without mindfulness can prove destructive.

Advances in technology can be empowering, progressive and enriching. History has shown this across civilisations and societies. But it has also shown, and the present and future will continue to show, that it is foolish, risky, flawed and folly without us raising our individual and collective consciousness and mindfulness to accompany it - to ensure we use it shrewdly, kindly and wisely.

No daydreaming. No music, film, art, creative thinking or business.

All the tools, techniques and technology in the world are nothing without the head, heart and hands to use them wisely, kindly and mindfully

I've no interest in being thought provoking. Who needs more thoughts. I'd rather go down as one who is thought disposing.

Business should never be merely transactional -it should be transformational

When everyone is hungry and waiting – when things need doing urgently and the clock is ticking - it’s often wiser to get cooking and present a ready-made dish they’ll find tasty to eat rather than getting everyone involved in deciding on the recipe.

Just because a door appears closed it does not mean that it is locked - nor that it will not open with the right heart, call or touch
