You do not need to be perfect or popular or profitable with your endeavors. You should, however, be passionate about them.

Dreams aren't finish lines to be reached at the close of a race. They don't suddenly materialize, fulfilled, where the road ends. The entire journey is included in the dream―all of it from beginning to forevermore. You're on that journey right now; hence, you're living the dream. Enjoy it.

Knowing the path to follow doesn't make it a breeze to step along. If every desire were only a skip, hop, and a jump away, we'd all have arrived.

The denial of assistance is sometimes the greatest assistance. The trick is recognizing when this is the case.

What do you mean I have to wait for someone's approval?  I'm someone.  I approve.  So I give myself permission to move forward with my full support!

When it comes to fighting for your dreams, be a dragon. Breathe fire.

My goals may seem impossibly far-fetched when really they're not. Break them down into steps and see how I accomplish great things. I can easily reach from A to B. I can manage from B to C. I can then make it from C to D. And so eventually, I will find my way from A to Z.

How do you ignite your passion? It takes only a spark. A forward step, an inspired word, a bold attempt, a look, a nudge—anything that sets off a flicker of excitement. When it is your passion, the smallest thing can ignite it.

You may be the only person left who believes in you, but it's enough. It takes just one star to pierce a universe of darkness. Never give up.
