Patience is seeing each step as a journey rather than seeing a journey as a thousand steps.

Time has a way of focusing in on the reality of things, whether it be in regard to relationships, goals, decisions, etc. So don’t be in a rush. Give it time.

Some blessings do not look like blessings initially, but later you realize you are in fact better off the way things turned out.

For things I am not thankful for―experiences I would never volunteer to relive―I recognize how they have changed me. My depth of compassion and humility, the sincerity of my empathy and understanding, and the duration of my patience have all been refined by bitter suffering. I thank God for the lessons learned. I am a better person for it, but I still abhor those awful trials.

Happiness is never in a rush. If you move too fast, you leave it behind.

How much kindness should I show?Enough to set all hearts aglow.Just how patient must I be?Enough to calm the stormy sea.How much love doth God require?Enough to lift the heavens higher.

We are more likely to influence people if we are willing to minster with kindness and patience to their needs.

If kindness is beauty, patience is disarming elegance.

It's strange how in childhood it feels like tomorrow won't come until the end of forever, but in adulthood it feels like the end of forever could come tomorrow.
