If you really want to help others, make sure you deeply understand yourself.

Exercise because you want to be healthy and energetic. Read because you want to constantly learn. Meditate because you want to be connected to being.

The more you grow, the fewer friends you want to have.

Everybody wants to be happy, but no one wants to meditate.
