Dear God, Please relieve me of this battle that plays out in my mind. Each day a new scenario of fights, either with myself or people I’m scared will betray me. I know, life isn’t always easy, but every day I fight this battle within myself, and remain unhappy. I’m tired of being sad dear God, and tired of being unhappy because, I can’t get past my inner thoughts. Please show me the way dear God. Please clear my mind and allow me to carry true happiness, in Jesus name. Amen.

We use the term mixed emotions loosely. With no thought of any specific emotions we’re talking about. Do you mix fear with worry? How about, mixing anger with sadness or doubt with disappointment? Think about what you’re feeling, put your finger on it, and move on. Mixed emotions can be nothing more than over thinking.

Dear God,Never has the entire world lived with so much uncertainty, and fear. We asked that you cleanse our planet dear God of this awful virus. We ask our leaders see, with your blessing, that working together, and being dedicated to each other peacefully, for the common good is the only way to set us on the path of global healing, physically and emotionally. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Dear God, I don’t ask that my life be perfect but that you allow the myriad of emotions in my life to end each day with calmness. May I sleep peacefully to do your work again by morning light. I ask for these things in Jesus’s name, amen.

The enabler will love the addict into darkness. The addict becomes a shadow of the person they once were. The enablers love is blind and selfish. Blind, because they cannot see the selfishness, when they cradle their own emotions over the addict’s recovery. It will always be tough love, support and lots of praying to keep an addict clean. The underlined reason for the substance abuse can only be found when the addict is thinking clearly.

Nothing’s ever perfect, each one of us has a gray area in our mind. Maybe something we can’t get past? Surround yourself with people that can trigger your emotions in a positive way. Emotions stick! All it takes is kindness. These people are the ones that lift you from any darkness you're feeling. Open up, let your heart breathe. Talk to the people who walk with kindness in their heart. We all know people like this, maybe they need someone to talk to as well?

Sometimes we don’t need an apology right away. We’re better off letting that person feel their own shame before we give them any relief from their actions.

See the passion kiss the lips. Don't let this person slip by. They've given you a lustful heart. An emotional gift.

Dear God, let us find clarity in our moments of doubt, and may the unmistakable truth find its way to our lips. Let us not be blinded by emotions of love, so badly that we enable wrong choices, wrong decisions. Allow us to stand firm in righteousness, with pure confidence in our heart. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
