Dear God, I don’t ask for fame and fortune but for an opportunity to embrace many. I don’t ask you to make my life perfect but full of love. With every mistake I make, or with any success I have, I ask to feel your grace along the way, for the rest of my life. In Jesus’s name, amen.

Isn’t it amazing? We journey through our lives, make mistakes, say the wrong things, and many times live with regret. We’re human we’re going to make mistakes, but the blessings God sends our way, most of them never asked for, they just intervene, giving us the joyful light we need.

It’s not that they mistook your kindness for weakness. It was a test that they failed miserably.

People will bring up your past failure or mistakes as a way to balance the scales, because things happening in their life aren’t quite right. Understand what they’re doing and let them carry that dark looking glass alone.

It’s not a perfect world and you’re not a perfect person. You’re going to make mistakes. You’re going to hurt people’s feelings, but there’s no reason for you to carry around a heavy heart. Say you’re sorry and mean it, then move on.
