Dear God,We asked that today you begin to unlock any darkness that's buried deep within us. The darkness we haven't been able to express to anyone. Please bring to the surface this sadness. We ask dear God to give us the strength to speak out, so we can find peace in life, and freedom in our heart. In Jesus’s name, amen.

When you can no longer count the peaceful moments in your day, and life becomes a wonderful place of clear thoughts and calm. You know things are as right as they should be.

When we occupy our mind with an uncomfortable past situation, we’ve just place our future thoughts on hold, for the precious moments we should be thinking about. The wonders that wait ahead in our lives can be beautiful and amazing. Some of the most peaceful and satisfying thoughts we have, will be when we’re awake and dreaming.

I’d rather be completely alone with my thoughts then be around anyone with a toxic attitude.

If it’s not kindness then it’s not worth it.

It’s when you feel low about yourself that others’ actions and opinions will affect you. When you look at yourself as a confident person, it’s then that you’ll find the most peace and understanding. It’s your world you have to live in, not theirs.
