Dear God,We asked that today you begin to unlock any darkness that's buried deep within us. The darkness we haven't been able to express to anyone. Please bring to the surface this sadness. We ask dear God to give us the strength to speak out, so we can find peace in life, and freedom in our heart. In Jesus’s name, amen.

Robin,We will always remember the laughter in your eyes. The way they seem to light up each time you made us smile. You were always laughing with us, that's how you made us feel. You’re forever in our thoughts, and always missed. Rest in peace Robin Williams.

We use the term mixed emotions loosely. With no thought of any specific emotions we’re talking about. Do you mix fear with worry? How about, mixing anger with sadness or doubt with disappointment? Think about what you’re feeling, put your finger on it, and move on. Mixed emotions can be nothing more than over thinking.

The person who tries to place you in the darkness they live in has reached full blown distress. This is the saddest part of their situation. They are about to give up. Instead of reaching for help, they reach for company so they’re not alone.
